Six clear steps. One point of contact. Total visibility from enquiry to delivery.
Whether you're sourcing a single product line or building a complex supply chain, we follow the same disciplined process — adapted to the scale of your project.
We start with a free, no-obligation conversation. Tell us what you're looking to source or ship — products, volumes, target price, timelines, target markets — and we'll tell you straight away whether we can help and how.
We tap our global supplier network to find candidates that match your specification. You receive a shortlist of vetted manufacturers with sample quotes, lead times and minimum order quantities — usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Before a penny moves overseas, we verify every shortlisted supplier — business licence checks, registration history, production capacity, and where the project warrants it, an in-person factory audit. We don't let our clients deal with strangers.
We negotiate hard on your behalf — unit cost, payment terms, lead time, tooling, packaging. You then receive a single, transparent landed-cost quote: ex-works price, freight, duties, our margin, and the all-in landed cost in GBP.
Once you approve, we coordinate everything — production scheduling, pre-shipment inspection, freight booking, customs documentation, HMRC clearance and inland transport. You get tracking updates at every milestone, with one named contact to call if anything's unclear.
Goods arrive at your warehouse, store or distribution centre — on time and in full. We close out every shipment with a delivery summary, post-shipment QC report and reconciled invoice. And we ask what could be better next time.
Every project is different, but these are the typical timelines we see across most of our client work.
48 hours for most standard sourcing enquiries. Complex multi-supplier projects: 5–10 business days.
30–60 days typical for OEM/ODM orders. Off-the-shelf wholesale: 7–21 days.
25–35 days from Far East to UK ports. Air freight: 5–8 days. Road from EU: 3–5 days.
Same day for fully-documented sea freight at most UK ports. Air freight typically cleared on arrival.
Three transparent commercial models. We'll recommend the right one for your project on first contact.
